Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

You can browse and fill a basket as a guest, but you need an account to check out so we can confirm your delivery address and keep your order history. Create one here — it takes a minute.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum for retail orders. Free delivery applies over £50.00 for retail, and over £500.00 for wholesale.

Can I change or cancel an order?

You can cancel from your orders while the order is still pending or confirmed. Once it is out for delivery, call us and we will sort it out.

Wholesale

How do I get trade prices?

Apply for a wholesale account. We review each application by hand. Once approved, wholesale prices apply automatically across the whole catalogue — you do not need to shop anywhere different.

How long does approval take?

Usually one working day. We will email you either way, and your account stays on retail pricing until it is approved.

Delivery

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Use the checker on our delivery information page. It shows your zone, the charge, and how far you are from free delivery.

How much is delivery?

It depends on your zone and order size. The exact charge is shown in your basket and again at checkout, before you pay — you will never be charged an amount you have not seen.

Payment

How can I pay?

Card payments are handled by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach our servers. Cash on delivery is available where offered — you will see it as an option at checkout if it applies to your order.

Do you charge VAT?

Most grocery items are zero-rated for VAT in the UK. Where VAT applies it is shown as a separate line at checkout and on your invoice. See our terms for detail.

Returns

Something was missing or damaged

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Full detail on the returns and refunds page.
